
Xylene can be used to thin specified oil-based paint, lacquer, varnish, epoxy, adhesives, anti-rust, porch and deck paints and synthetic enamels. Xylene will also remove certain adhesives and is an excellent solvent for cleaning tools and equipment immediately after use.
