The PS 1 is a power bank and charger that can be used with multiple devices. Part of the AS system, it uses the AS 2 battery to charge other devices such as mobile phones, tablets or heated clothing whilst you're on the move. It can also be used to charge an AS 2 battery via a USB-C cable when away from a mains connection.
