*Important! How to Validate an existing account.
If you have an existing store account, your first (and most vital) step is to make sure that you are using the correct email and information stored in our system. You can do this at the register of your local Town & Country. Just ask the associate to help you verify your information. The reason for this is so that you can be assured that any Rewards points that you have in your current account, may be properly transferred to your Dashboard. In order for that to happen properly, all the information must be the same, so please do check. Once you’ve done that, simply go to the Town & Country website, click my account at the top of the page, hit Register and then follow the prompts. In a matter of moments you will be signed up and validated.
It’s the same… But better! A Town & Country Rewards account will give you more control over your Town & Country shopping experience. If you already have a Town & Country store account, first of all, thank you. We appreciate you choosing to shop with us and will make this necessary transition as painless as possible. Our new Rewards program, brings in improvements and advancements that will take the Town & Country experience to a new level, you will need to validate your account online to continue receiving your rewards. Simply go to the Town & Country website, click my account at the top of the page, hit Rewards Dashboard and then follow the prompts. In a matter of moments you will be signed up and ready.

Nothing could be easier or more fun… just go shopping! You’ll earn 5 points for every dollar that you spend with us. When you’ve reached 1000 points, you will automatically receive a $5 coupon to spend on in-store purchases. We will also send you an email or text (depending upon the preferences you set) to inform you that you’ve earned a new Reward. This way you’ll never miss them.
Of course some Rewards you’ll earn just for being a part of the program. For instance, every year we’ll send you a rewards gift for your birthday. It’ll be on the first day of your birthday month and be valid for the whole month.
With the possible exception of some “Special” sales, every purchase earns points. In fact, look closely at our circular and you will often see extra savings attached to some purchases thanks to your Rewards membership. Not to mention special “Double Rewards Points” sales.
Absolutely! It doesn’t matter if you purchase in store or online, you’ll get rewards points either way. However, your Rewards coupon is only good for in store purchases.
Of course, we always hope that you’ll be satisfied with any purchase you might make at Town & Country. And as always, there are no returns on weather related and clearance items; but should you need to return an item occasionally, as a courtesy, we will not remove your points.
Because of the nature of the systems involved, please allow at least 24 to 48 hours from the time of sale for points to register on your Dashboard. If your points are still not showing after that time, please contact the store closest to you or in which you made your purchase.
If you already have a Town & Country store account which has earned points, those points will be reflected in you new online Rewards Dashboard. You won’t lose anything by joining.
Rewards points that remain unused for two years from the time they were accrued will expire. But of course, we hope to see you more often than that.

These Conditions of Membership govern member participation in the Town & Country Hardware Rewards program. It is the member’s responsibility to read and understand these Conditions of Membership and to monitor the Town & Country Hardware website to determine if there have been any changes.
There are no exceptions to these Conditions of Membership except for those set out in this document. Town & Country Hardware reserves the right to interpret and apply these Conditions of Membership in its sole discretion. The Town & Country Hardware Rewards program may be modified by Town & Country Hardware at any time, or terminated without prior notice.
Town & Country Hardware may terminate the Town & Country Hardware Rewards program without prior notice. Town & Country Hardware may, in its sole discretion, amend the Town & Country Hardware Rewards Conditions of Membership, including terminating any member's ability to redeem points already accrued, at any time.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TOWN & COUNTRY HARDWARE OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO ANY MEMBER, OR ANYONE CLAIMING THROUGH A MEMBER, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACTS OR OMISSIONS BY TOWN & COUNTRY HARDWARE OR ANY REWARDS PLAN MEMBER IN CONNECTION WITH THE REWARDS PLAN. IF TOWN & COUNTRY HARDWARE AND/OR ANY REWARDS PLAN PARTNER IMPROPERLY DENIES A MEMBER REWARDS CREDIT OR SOME OTHER BENEFIT, THE MEMBER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE THE ISSUANCE OF THE IMPROPERLY DENIED CREDIT, AWARD OR BENEFIT, IF AVAILABLE, OR SUCH ALTERNATIVE, COMPARABLE BENEFIT AS DETERMINED BY TOWN & COUNTRY HARDWARE IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.
