Order online for curbside pickup—we’ll even load it. Here’s how it works:
- Place your order online at TChardware.com and select the box for Curbside Pickup at checkout.
- When you arrive, park in a Curbside Pickup spot & call us.
- We’ll bring your order out & load it into your trunk.
Call-In Ordering for Pick Up
- Orders must be $200 or less & can't include power tools, outdoor power equipment, YETI products or live plants.
- Within 45 minutes, a Town & Country Hardware sales associate will call you back to verify your order, including item availability & order total.
- If your order is correct, we'll process your credit card & prep your order. It's easy!
Picking Up An Order
- When you arrive, park in a Curbside Pickup spot & call us.
- Be ready to show your valid picture ID for credit card verification.
- We'll tape the receipt to your order, bring it to your car & load it into your trunk.
At this time, we're unable to process over-the-phone orders for Blue Tarp commercial customers.

How will I know when my order is ready?
You’ll get a confirmation email that order is ready.
What do I need to pick up my order?
Bring photo ID & the credit card used. For Curbside Pickup, call the store when you arrive and show our team member your ID & credit card. Our team member will verify & load your order.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
Drive to the marked Curbside Pickup loading area. If you are coming into the store, look for the Buy Online Pickup In-Store signs in the checkout area.
How long will my order be held?
We will hold your paid online order seven days from the date it was placed.
Is every item eligible for Curbside Pickup?
Most items are available at curbside, though you may be asked to use other loading areas for larger items & bagged goods. Not available for Curbside Pickup are power tools, outdoor power equipment, YETI, gift cards & live goods. For your protection, Curbside Pickup orders cannot exceed $200.
How do I place an order for a product that isn’t online?
We apologize that not all items are available online. Please call your local store with questions or requests.
Are live plants available for Curbside Pickup?
Live plants are available in-store only, and can’t be ordered online for Curbside Pickup.
Are you still mixing paint?
Yes! Paint mixing & sales are in-store only (no Curbside Pickup).
